Eden and I get to read a lot of books together while Asher and Lilli are in school. When we encouter a "hard" word, I ask her if she knows what it means. One example is the word "meager." If you ask her she will tell you "it means a little bit or a small portion." (It's hilarious!)

Tonight I was reading a book to all three children and Eden kept interrupting by asking..."What does (insert word) mean?" This is all fine and dandy when it is just the two of us reading but Asher and Lilli finally got tired of it (after about three times) and told Eden to "be quiet."

Oh well, we'll just have to continue our vocabulary lessons tomorrow, my sweet Eden Lane!
